ELIZABETH ISZLER

Elizabeth has ‘worn many hats’. The zenith of her professional career was reached as a retail buyer for a 100-store chain. The native Floridian left that career to become a mother of six children whom she homeschooled for over 20 years. “My most treasured identity comes from being a chosen daughter of the Almighty God”, Elizabeth says. She became a believer at the tender age of four. One Bible verse is especially meaningful to Elizabeth as she has struggled with severe depression due to family trauma and tragedy; it is 2 Timothy 1:7 “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” Elizabeth was a founding member and board member of a large homeschooling co-op in Hollywood Hills. She devoted four years to serving as an elder/hospice caregiver for her grandmother. Beginning in the 1990s, she has served her church and as a volunteer extraordinaire in various organizations and capacities. Not least, she has met her role as a domestic engineer with enthusiasm and success. Scripture and faith have been the anchors in her life. Justice and faithfulness are the most important themes to her. EBN is blessed that Elizabeth serves as the organization’s Secretary.

THEODORE CAMPO

Music is one of Theo’s greatest passions and he appreciates the musical gifts that he has been blessed with. “My professional life consists of striving to impact the lives of people that I encounter”, Theo stresses. God plays an important role in that. “As a Christian, there are so many things I love about knowing Jesus. His relentless grace is evident each day, and it constantly reminds me that I am His, even though I am not deserving.” Psalm 130 contains Theo’s favorite lines in the Bible, verses 3-6: “If you, Lord, kept a record of sins, Lord, who could stand? But with you there is forgiveness, so that we can, with reverence, serve you. I wait for the Lord, my whole being waits, and in his word, I put my hope. I wait for the Lord more than watchmen wait for the morning, more than watchmen wait for the morning.” How do these lines encourage Theo? He explains: “These are dark times, but I know the darkness will not last because the Light of the World has already come and will return to make all things new!” Theo was raised in South Florida by his “amazing parents”, T.J. and Missy Campo. He has two beautiful sisters and is the “proud uncle of the coolest nephew on the planet”.

LUANA MOBLEY CORRAL

As a financial advisor and coach, Luana helps people create a plan for their money that allows them to live a life that fulfills their values. She remembers how her walk with Christ started: “I was saved at a young age, when I was twelve years old, but didn’t walk closely with the Lord for about 20 years of my adult life. A divorce brought me to my knees and taught me the gift of forgiveness. God has allowed me to use that disruption to help others. I love that He loves us and woos us back when we fall away. He is constant even when we are not.” Luana stresses the importance of faith, health, relationships, integrity and meaningful work in her life, while she considers work only meaningful when she is honoring God through it. Her favorite Bible verse is: “What does the Lord require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?” Luana points out why she treasures these lines: “Micah 6:8 connects our faith with our actions, our care for those in need with our walk with God.” Luana is the oldest of four children and lives in Hallandale Beach, Florida.

Dan is an attorney who writes Christian-based novels for young people. His books are rollicking adventures filled with meaning. Dan’s life has long proceeded according to the Biblical verses of Philippians 4:4-8: “Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice. Let your reasonableness be known to everyone. The Lord is at hand; do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.” Dan is a graduate of Princeton and the University of Virginia Law School. Recently, he has embraced Philippians 1:21: “For me, to live is Christ and to die is gain.” The EBN co-founder explains: “A life with Christ is so rich, but never forget that the best is yet to come.” Dan lives in Miami, Florida, and happily helps his wife Sandra with her dream mission EBN: to spread the Gospel to all nations.

SANDRA KINDER

PRESIDENT

Sandra, the co-founder and President of Eternity Begins Now, grew up in Germany. A life-changing moment in 2006 caused her to know God exists and to dig deeper into the Christian message. After years of marveling at Biblical truths, Sandra gave up her successful professional life as chief editor of a business publication. God had  inspired her to share the Good News Jesus brought to earth with others – a path she could never have imagined even a few years before. “When God calls us, we are afraid at first, but He gives us everything we need to follow Him”, the happily married mother of 2 and stepmother of 3 discovered.

Today, Sandra lives in Miami, Florida. Her favorite Bible verse is Luke 23:43: “(…) ‘Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise.’” Sandra explains why: “Jesus tells us that, until the very last day in our lives, we can turn to Him. And, if we trust in Christ as our savior – just as the thief who was crucified with Jesus did – we will have eternal life with God, in a place filled with His beauty and His abundant love.”

Sandra is convinced, the sooner the better: “Life on earth can be over tomorrow. And don’t we all wish to find deep peace and joy in the midst of all the turmoil here and now? For this reason, we picked the name ‘ETERNITY BEGINS NOW’ for our corporation.

RONALDO SANTOS

DIRECTOR

Ronaldo serves as an elder at Park Road Presbyterian Church in Hollywood, Florida and is at the center of its management. Although he has a background in banking and finance, his objective in life is to help bring the Gospel, the good news of Jesus Christ’s life, death and resurrection, to the next generation. One of his favorite Bible verses is: “We now have this light shining in our hearts, but we ourselves are like fragile clay jars containing this great treasure.” It can be found in the New Testament, 2 Corinthians 4:7a. Ronaldo interprets those words, written by the apostle Paul, as follows: “We are nothing but dust, but God the Holy Spirit is in us. What a blessed assurance!” Ronaldo was born and raised in Brazil but has been living in the United States for many years. He is married to his beautiful wife Marta, with whom he has one son.

In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make straight your paths.” Her health issues have only brought Evy closer to Jesus Christ whose love shone through her wherever she went. She kept encouraging others and stressing that even in difficult times… “we all ought to TRUST the LORD, Our God!” Evy has contributed beautiful prayers to the ETERNITY BEGINS NOW site. The proud mother of two young men lived in Hollywood, Florida. Sadly, our beloved sister in Christ passed in August 2024. We are grateful we were allowed to know her and that she is with our Lord Jesus now.
