Some people claim God does not talk to them. They expect God to act like a human being. But God is a Spirit in three persons who lived on planet earth as a human being only for a limited time. Yet, He has revealed all we need to know about Him in Holy Scriptures, and in nature.

Reading the Bible is essential if we want to know about God. `Loving God with all our mind´ is part of His Greatest Commandment. We cannot love someone without learning to know the person. YHWH is a personal God who purposefully reveals Himself to us through His word. The Holy Scriptures were authored by God, written down by human beings who were inspired by God, some of them were eye witnesses to Jesus´ life, teachings, death and resurrection. Therefore, reading the Bible is the best means to increase our knowledge about the creator of the universe and maker of us, about His plan for the world and for each of us.
