ETERNITY BEGINS NOW Corp. is a non-for-profit organization listed in Florida/USA. Please note that this website is governed exclusively by the laws of the US state of Florida. The Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service has determined that ETERNITY BEGINS NOW Corp. is exempt from federal income tax under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501(c)(3), as a public charity. Donors can deduct contributions they make under IRC Section 170.

The purposes of the Corporation, as set forth in the Articles of Incorporation, are exclusively charitable, educational, or religious, within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or the corresponding provision of any future Federal tax law (“Section 501(c)(3)”).
ETERNITY BEGINS NOW Corp. is also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522.
