The Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service has determined that ETERNITY BEGINS NOW Corp. is exempt from federal income tax under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 51 (c)(3), as a public charity. Donors can deduct contributions they make under IRC Section 170.
ETERNITY BEGINS NOW Corp. is also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522.
